Its 100% natural Ovengkol wood handle, which provides a warm feel and fits perfectly in the hand, comes from environmentally well managed FSC® certified forests (C160381).
Accompanied by three brass rivets that give it an avant-garde design, as well as security and firmness in the union between the wood and the handle.
For Arcos, comfort in the use of our knives is very important, that is why in the Nordika series we have worked on the rounded polishing of all the bolsters, the part opposite the edge, to soften the grip and avoid friction in the hand, increasing ergonomics during use.
Manufactured entirely in our facilities in Albacete, it has a NITRUM® stainless steel blade, an exclusive Arcos nitrogen steel formula that provides greater hardness, a minimum of 53 HRC, greater cutting power and improves the durability of the cutting edge.
It is packaged in 100% recycled cardboard packaging, which reduces the use of plastic by 70%.
