Return of an item
The articles offered in our online store are backed by exhaustive quality analysis. Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you have a period of seven (14) days from the date of receipt to execute the right of return.
During the period that the State of Emergency (Art. 21 Royal Decree-Law 8/2020) is in force the deadline to return items is suspended. Returns from the shipping address
In case of return, shipping costs will not be refunded. In addition, collection costs will be paid by the customer (equivalent to the amount of the shipment that corresponds to the type of product purchased and the destination sent).
When the return of an order is made with free shipping and implies that the total or partial refund of the invoiced amount is less than € 50, will be charged € 5 + VAT for shipping costs (only for orders in Peninsula).
To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included in your case. Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, and after checking the status of the same, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the payment method made by the customer.
In any case, the return of defective products and erroneous shipments will be accepted, Arcos Hermanos will be responsible for the shipping costs provided that the customer communicates this circumstance within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the shipment
