Slicing knife made with a 275 mm flexible NITRUM® stainless steel blade.

The production process necessary to obtain it is essential to produce knives with the highest level of cutting power and hardness.  

Featuring a polypropylene (PP) handle capable of withstanding high temperatures.  In addition, this type of material is very lightweight, making it easy to use on a day-to-day basis.   

This series is ideal for household use, thanks to its rounded lines, which makes them easy to handle. Corrosion-free thanks to its stainless steel tongue-and-groove rivets.
