Made up of:

4'' blade paring knife.

6'' blade chef’s knife.

7'' blade Rocking Santoku.

These knives stand out for being from the Brooklyn series.

The main characteristic of these knives is their silk edge, which provides a unique cut.

The blade of these knives is made of NITRUM stainless steel, providing increased cutting power, hardness and durability.

They are forged knives which means that they have been subjected to the forging process which consists of heating the steel until it is red hot and then shaped, resulting in a solid single piece knife.

The distinguishing feature of these knives is their handle, made of Micarta, made of cloth compressed with resin and its main feature is its half ferrule, making cutting and sharpening easier.

The handle is ergonomic and the bolster is rounded.

In addition, the bluish tones make this handle especially noteworthy.

They have stainless steel rivets which ensure that the knife does not separate from the handle and are also free of corrosion.

To keep a knife in its best condition it is necessary to take care of it as much as possible by following some simple maintenance tips so that, over the years, it remains as good as new.

As an Arcos product, it comes with a 10-year warranty.
