Forged knife with a 8'' blade made of NITRUM® stainless steel. Thanks to this material, a sturdier knife with greater cutting power is obtained.

Its handle is made of Polypropylene (PP), a hygienic material, which is very light and resistant to shocks, chemicals and high temperatures through the injection process, resulting in a sturdy, robust and unbreakable knife.
