These knives stand out thanks to our exclusive silk edge which has combined new technologies with the vast experience of our master cutlers in order to attain a cut which won’t fail to impress.

The bread knife does not have a silk edge, and cannot be sharpened either.

One of the main characteristics is the half bolster, highly prized by professional chefs due to the ease of cutting and sharpening. The forged Nitrum® stainless steel blade provides high resistance to wear and tear and has greater cutting power. This new series benefits from a back of the blade with a rounded polish, which gives the knife a soft grip that makes it stand out.

The handles have an incorporated BactiProof Silver® antibacterial system, which contains the necessary agents to protect the plastic from the appearance of stains, odors and microorganisms. It has stainless steel tongue-and-groove rivets which means corrosion won’t ever be a problem for these knives.

The scales are made of Polyethylene (POM) which increases their resistance to chemical products and extreme temperatures. All organized in a beechwood block, where you can safely store your knives.
