The blade has a characteristic curved shape which is typical of Asian knives.

It has three uses: preparing meat, fish and vegetables.

Great Japanese chefs use this knife, with its noteworthy blade and the granton edge, which prevents food from sticking to the blade.

The blade is 7" long and made of NITRUM® stainless steel, a nitrogen steel exclusive to Arcos, which gives the knife superior hardness, a more powerful cut and improved edge durability.

The silk edge provides an incredible cutting experience.

It is a forged knife with a polyoxymethylene (POM) handle, resistant to chemical products, and has stainless steel tongue-and-groove rivets, which increases its resistance to corrosion.

The shape of the handle makes the grip even more secure.

Arcos recommends using the knife as indicated, and all manufacturing defects are included in the 10-year warranty.
