The handle used in this series is a revolutionary ergonomic handle, made of injected polypropylene, a hygienic plastic material with good shock stability, non-slip and resistant to high temperatures (248-266ºF).

The bond between handle and blade is permanent thanks to the injection molding process used to join both.

The color of the handle identifies the knife to differentiate the food being cut, thus achieving a better hygienic-sanitary control for the consumer, based on European regulations.

It is 0.078'' thick and weighs 590 grams.
