Details

The forged 6'' blade is made with NITRUM® stainless steel, our exclusive nitrogen steel formula that provides greater hardness while increasing cutting capacity and corrosion resistance.

Its main characteristic is the elegant design and the white handle. In this series, a rounded French style ferrule was chosen, as well as a bolster which acts as a finger guard.

The handle is made with polyoxymethylene (POM), whose surface is protected from germs thanks to the powerful inhibitor Bactiproof Silver, the perfect complement for a clean, bacteria-free kitchen.

The rivets are stainless steel to increase rust resistance and join the blade and the handle perfectly.
