Its 10'' forged blade is made from a single piece of NITRUM® stainless steel to improve performance and avoid areas with cracks or possible rust spots.
This knife has a hollow edge for an easier cut and so that the meat doesn’t stick to the blade, and the grantons ensure it’s possible to make thin, clean slices.
Every knife in this series has a polyoxymethylene (POM) handle, which as well as handling temperature changes better than polypropylene, also boasts an outstanding design since its rounded ferrule was inspired by the French style.
This slicing knife has a bolster at the end of the blade, which makes sharpening slightly more difficult, but prevents unwanted cuts.
In addition, it includes Bactiproof Silver technology which acts as a shield against germs and bacteria on the surface of the handle.
Its stainless steel rivets make it even more resistant to corrosion.
