Details

Thanks to its 7'' blade made from NITRUM® stainless steel, this knife was made to be harder, last longer, and cut more powerfully. Its special formula of steel to nitrogen improves performance without negative repercussions on the environment.

It has a black polyoxymethylene (POM) handle and has also been designed with a rounded back of the blade to make it more comfortable and easier to handle. This series has a bolster for added safety.

It is important to use a serrated knife with bread since a smooth blade will become dull when used on bread crust.

Made with tongue-and-groove stainless steel rivets.
